This week’s deals feature 3 websites for sale from Empire Flippers and Flippa in the automotive, real estate, and software development niches and a website from our private Facebook group in the dropshipping niche.

For domains, we featured 3 domains from SerpDomains™.

🚀 3 Vetted Aged Domains

This week, we look at three premium-aged domains from our partner, SerpDomains.

1️⃣ MotiveMag.com

21 years old — 569 ref. domains — $3,700

Back in the day—specifically between 2008 and 2012—this was a pretty big site in the automotive niche, with hundreds of articles. However, it’s been dormant for years now, so it’ll take some time to make it relevant again. The backlink profile is strong, with more than 570 referring domains. As for the type of site you can build on, lead generation or even a directory site are good ideas. View on SerpDomains

2️⃣ FrameStr.com

16 years old — 140 ref. domains — $2,500

This domain was previously used for a SaaS platform that helped create interactive forms integrated with popular CRMs like Zendesk and Asana. It makes sense to revive the SaaS using AI. With a solid marketing campaign, you should be able to recover the initial cost fairly easily. View on SerpDomains

3️⃣ GenJuice.com

14 years old — 109 ref. domains — $2,240

This one was used for an interesting business sub-niche: business party organization. It’s backed by a decent number of referring domains, including links from Huffington Post, Inc.com, and Business Insider. Overall, it’s a short, brandable domain that could be used for a new site in a variety of related business sub-niches. View on SerpDomains

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokerages

1️⃣ 2-year-old Automotive Dropshipping Store making $10,684/mo on Empire Flippers

Dropshipping Automotive—19X — $202,996

A well-established dropshipping site in the automotive space. Most of the traffic comes from paid ads, yet it still maintains a decent profit margin of 11%. That said, the margin is thin, so you’ll need to be careful not to slip into the red. Chances are, you will be in the red for the first few months after purchase until you get the business fully consolidated. While the listing claims the business is highly passive, it’ll likely be anything but passive during those first few months. Been there, done that. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 7-year-old Real Estate Directory site making $1,357/mo on Flippa

Software Development— Live Auction ($45,000 asking price)

A real estate directory-style site focused on a specific region of the world. It features over 1,000 listings and receives more than 40,000 visits per month. There are several growth opportunities, including adding new monetization methods, enhancing content and listings with premium features, and developing lead generation partnerships with local real estate agencies in the market. 3️⃣ 6-year-old Programming Education Niche site making $4,276/mo on Flippa

Software Development— Live Auction ($73,702 asking price)

An interesting educational-style site in the software development niche. A well-experienced former Microsoft employee is the current owner of the site. The multiple looks great at just below 20X, but there are a few caveats that need further investigation. The site currently generates revenue through service sales. It’s important to understand what those services include, how much time the owner spends on them, and how traffic is being acquired. Organically, the site doesn’t perform that well. View on Flippa

🚀 1 Off-Market Site on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

$1,072/mo Dropshipping Site: 2-year-old dropshipping store generating consistent revenue. This is a straightforward, easy-to-run business with solid earnings. Most traffic comes from organic social media, requiring little to no ad spend.
