This week’s deals feature 3 websites for sale from Empire Flippers and Flippa in the e-commerce, travel, and SAAS niches and 2 websites from our private Facebook group in the bike and travel niches.
For domains, we featured 3 domains from SerpDomains™.
🚀 3 Vetted Aged Domains
This week we take a look at three premium-aged domains from our partners – SerpDomains.
1️⃣ WholeWorldBand.com
14 years old — 169 ref. domains — $2,740
Welcome to the 2025 edition of the longest-running digital assets flipping newsletter. Let’s start with this domain, which was previously used for a cloud music studio run by a renowned musician. Due to his popularity, the domain gained a decent number of backlinks from relevant music blogs. Our advice is to pursue a digital commerce model by reselling audio samples. We conducted due diligence on several sites that have successfully implemented this strategy. View on SerpDomains
2️⃣ IOnRoad.com
24 years old — 311 ref. domains — $3,750
A very interesting domain was previously used for a personal driving assistant app acquired by Herman, a prominent name in the industry, which was later bought by Samsung. The trademark is inactive, so you won’t face any issues related to it. With this domain, it makes sense to develop a similar app or game within the niche. Additionally, transportation is a fascinating niche with promising opportunities in the lead generation business model. View on SerpDomains
3️⃣ LifeInVelvet.com
11 years old — 133 ref. domains — $1,550
Lastly, this domain was previously used for a typical mom’s blog but has been inactive for years. It has over 130 referring domains with backlinks from similar mom blogs. While niche sites might not be the best approach, we recommend using this domain for e-commerce or dropshipping due to its strong backlink profile and appealing name. Prior experience with this business model is likely necessary. View on SerpDomains
🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers
1️⃣ 5-year-old Apparel e-commerce site making $4,285/mo on Empire Flippers
E-commerce — Apparel —38X — $162,836
You can expect the market to be filled with new listings during January. As always, exercise caution with proper due diligence. First, let’s take a look at this e-commerce shop selling apparel items. It is a well-run business that acquires traffic through both organic and paid social channels. The seller maintains inventory in the U.S., and all operations are outsourced. This presents a great opportunity for individuals already managing a few shops, as it offers an easy win in reducing costs related to shipping, inventory, packaging, and more. View on Empire Flippers
2️⃣ 1-year-old Travel subscription site making $3,113/mo on Flippa
Travel— Live Auction — ($45,196 starting bidding price)
While cheap airplane tickets are a highly lucrative niche, it is also one of the more challenging ones to succeed in. Although this site shows impressive numbers, the listing has some initial red flags. In less than eight months, they claim to have acquired a mailing list of 50,000 subscribers. While this is plausible, the open rates are likely very low. Since the mailing list is probably the primary source of new customers, evaluating its quality is essential. If you identify any significant issues, skipping this site is likely the best option. View on Flippa
3️⃣ 18-year-old HVAC SaaS Business making $1,580/mo on Flippa
CRM— Live Auction — ($24,973 starting bidding price)
Saving the best for last: this hidden gem is one I would likely examine more thoroughly for my own portfolio. It’s a fully functional HVAC operators CRM based in Canada. However, it currently has only one operator company using it. With proper marketing and by acquiring just 4-5 new clients, you could potentially increase profits fivefold within a year. A huge opportunity. View on Flippa
🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook
The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:
Bike Niche Site: This 5-year-old site earns via Amazon. A number of HCU updates shut down the site. Its decent price, set at $1,500, could be an interesting test for your updated recovery strategy. It has a decent (ish) backlink profile.
Travel Niche Site: An almost 10-year-old travel site impacted by HCUs still ranks for over 100 keywords and has more than 100 referring domains. It presents a decent opportunity to acquire at a low cost.
