For domains, we feature 3 domains from SerpDomains™.

🚀 3 Vetted Aged Domains

This week, we will take a look at three premium-aged domains from our partner, SerpDomains.

1️⃣ DigitalMusicDoctor.com

22 years old — 134 ref. domains — $1,340

Let’s start this week’s edition with an interesting domain in the digital music niche. Digital music, as a niche, is still unsaturated; however, AI music is emerging and slowly making its way into this space, with many newer samples now being created using AI. This domain could be great for either approach: if you have contacts with studio musicians looking for exposure or if you want to use AI and your marketing expertise to directly produce and sell samples online. 2️⃣ StagingAndRedesign.com

22 years old — 120 ref. domains — $1,460

Here is another similar domain previously used by a stay-at-home mom. The previous owner mostly wrote about party organization and various DIY ideas. It contains perfect Pinterest content that could be reused via the Wayback Machine. These kinds of blogs weren’t hit as much by recent updates, so it is an interesting domain for building a similar blog, which is, at this time, oriented toward revenue. View on SerpDomains

3️⃣ BlackWhiteVivid.com

11 years old — 249 ref. domains — $1,920

If you’re still in the niche site game and know how to drive traffic from Pinterest and other alternative sources, this domain could be an excellent choice for you. It already has a solid backlink profile, as it was previously a typical travel/foodie blog. View on SerpDomains

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 10-year-old Furniture Niche Site making $10,004/mo on Empire Flippers

Display Ads Furniture —36X — $360,108

A rare niche site that the Google HCU didn’t significantly impact compared to similar sites in the niche. The seller has done an excellent job replacing pure organic traffic with organic social traffic from Pinterest. The site has a solid content library with 600+ published articles and earns almost exclusively through Mediavine ads. The primary challenge lies in diversifying and improving other revenue sources. Overall, a 36X valuation still feels too high. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 1-year-old Hair Care Niche Site making $2,165/mo on Empire Flippers

Display Ads — Hair Care —26X $56,287

Another typical niche site, this one acquires traffic almost exclusively from Pinterest. Most of the work on this business has revolved around Pinterest. Scaling up Pinterest efforts could result in even more growth, and there’s potential to replicate this success in other related niches within the beauty industry. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 2-year-old Entertainment Faceless Youtube Channel making $17,817/mo on Flippa

Youtube— Live Auction ($373,800 indicative price)

A great-looking faceless YouTube channel, proving that this revenue model works when done right. With 170k subscribers and over 10 videos surpassing 1M views, it’s built around a massive niche. The abundance of topic ideas makes it easy to continue building on the channel’s success. View on Flippa

🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

10-Year-Old Hair Care Niche Site: This site earned over $2,000 monthly until a series of Google HCUs impacted it. It has since recovered somewhat and generates income through Amazon affiliates and Mediavine ads.

$1,445/mo Entertainment Niche Site: An 8-year-old site generating income through Impact affiliate programs, with strong traffic metrics. 95% of the traffic comes from the U.S., and the site currently has only 30 articles, indicating significant room for growth.
