🚀 5 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 2-year-old Music digital commerce Site making $3,213/mo on Empire Flippers

Digital commerce— Music —32X — $102,784

This is an interesting AI-based project within the music niche. The company offers custom songs for gifts and special occasions. Currently, most of the visitors come from paid and referral traffic. Referral traffic, in general, tends to be volatile, as you are dependent on the organic success of third-party sites. Aside from that, the business seems to be performing well in terms of revenue. However, the website name is not particularly brandable, which is an issue that will need to be addressed moving forward. Based on the factors mentioned above, we would value the business at 25x its monthly profits. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 3-year-old Digital Marketing Agency making $14,482/mo on Empire Flippers

Agency — Digital Marketing —26X — $376,523

This Australian digital agency provides pre-built Shopify stores with highly streamlined operations. The business is managed by only two VAs, resulting in impressive profit margins of over 80%. Most new clients are currently acquired through Google Ads. Given these high margins, there is enormous potential for future growth. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 1-year-old Health ecommerce site making $52,070/mo on Empire Flippers

E-commerce — Health—11X — $550,000

A huge blog in the marketing niche with a corresponding YouTube channel that has over 4,000 blog posts and almost 1,000 videos. It receives high traffic, though most of it does not come from first-tier countries. There is still a huge opportunity to add affiliate marketing to the mix. The price is too high and should be negotiated down to the range of 30-32X. View on Empire Flippers

Health — Live Auction — ($85,000 asking price)

An interesting medical SaaS that connects healthcare providers with patients. Most of the inner workings are automated. On the other hand, the cost of acquisition is quite high, whether through paid ads, referrals, or a direct sales force. Organic traffic is nonexistent. Still, it’s worth checking out. View on Flippa

Roofing — Live Auction — ($849,000 asking price)

This is a technology-enabled residential roofing company operating in the high-demand DFW and Austin markets. It’s a bit of a unique “turnkey” play because it was built by a venture-backed tech firm to prove out their proprietary operations software, which is included in the deal. The business is fully remote with a tenured GM handling day-to-day operations, the current owner only puts in about 5 hours a week, and they use a low-overhead subcontractor model for the actual labor. A recent drop in revenue needs to be investigated. View on Flippa

🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

3 Sites Portfolio For Sale: Classic old school sites, getting some traffic, and have decent backlink profiles.

$65/mo Appliances Niche Site: Classic affiliate site, display ads, and affiliate commissions. The seller is asking for $1,250.
