For vetted deals, we’ve included a brief summary of the due diligence we performed for our deal-sourcing clients, which involved analyzing the technical and financial health of these businesses.

🚀 3 Vetted Market Deals

We’ve included a curated selection of this week’s vetted deals, identified for our clients through our specialized Deal Sourcing service. For more detailed information, please reply to this email or visit our WebAcquisition deal sourcing page.

1️⃣ < $500k Range – Youtube Channel – Earning $15,308/mo

5 years old — $367,000 asking price

There has been an influx of YouTube channels on the market lately. We have an internal SOP for YouTube due diligence where we analyze not only raw numbers but, more importantly, whether the business is sustainable for the foreseeable future. The channel that our client was interested in is a content mill with more than 18,000 videos published. The biggest issue was that the owner hadn’t published a video for more than 10 months. Ironically, during that time, revenue increased as some of the videos from the archive exploded. Usually, this is a good thing, but the quality of the content was subpar, and that was the main reason why the client rejected this deal.

2️⃣ < $1M Range – Cooking/recipes Site – Earning $25,024/mo

13 years old — $949,000 asking price

This is one of the better content sites we stumbled upon. Although our deal-sourcing client wasn’t interested because the niche (cooking/recipes) wasn’t his preferred area, it remains a great deal worth considering. With stable traffic and revenue, this website has survived most of the recent Google updates and the rise of AI. As a matter of fact, it outperforms most of its competitors when it comes to AI visibility. Revenue diversification could be improved by adding new sources such as direct ads, affiliates, etc. This is definitely one of the better cooking sites on the market right now.

3️⃣ > $1M Range – Canadian News Portal Earning $14,166/mo

4 years old — $2,000,000 asking price

The recent drop in BTC price has resulted in a weekly flow of intriguing crypto investment opportunities entering the market. We have analyzed a B2B SaaS crypto project that provides services to a network of white-label crypto exchanges. The business utilizes a subscription model, generating approximately $500,000 in annual recurring revenue. We strongly advise clients without sufficient expertise in the crypto space to either forgo the investment or retain a knowledgeable professional to conduct thorough technical due diligence. As the crypto market is largely unregulated, an investor must constantly remain vigilant. A significant advantage of this particular deal is that the owner is only selling 75% of the business and intends to remain actively involved in its future operations.

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 2-year-old AI SaaS making $2,255/mo on Empire Flippers

Subscriptions AI —36X — $81,188

We usually avoid simple AI projects, but this one caught our eye. It provides unique headshots for people to use when issuing different IDs. Most of the traffic is generated through organic SEO and, interestingly, referral traffic from Reddit. While the revenue has been stable, financial due diligence is necessary. We need to investigate expenses and add-backs, particularly the huge expenses for PR campaigns to determine their true importance to the business. If these expenses are tied to user acquisition, they cannot be labeled as an add-back, which would dramatically change the final valuation. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 1-year-old Automotive dropshipping Site making $7,965/mo on Empire Flippers

Dropshipping — Automotive —15X $119,467

This is a profitable dropshipping business oriented toward the Australian market. A key advantage is that you do not need an .au-registered business to operate it. The model is straightforward: a Chinese supplier, a Shopify store, and customer acquisition driven by Google Ads. The asking price is set at a 15x multiple, which seems fair. However, we encourage a deep dive into the Google Ads data to determine the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) over the last few months to ensure the business model is sustainable. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 7-year-old Lifestyle niche site making $1,776/mo on Flippa

Lifestyle— Live Auction ($68,720 asking price)

This is a typical women’s lifestyle blog with approximately 40,000 monthly visits. Traffic has remained quite stable over the years, with volumes peaking during Halloween. It benefits from strong traffic driven by Pinterest, and most revenue is generated through affiliate marketing. Overall, it is a decent, typical ‘mom’ blog with many applicable growth opportunities. 🚀 1 Off-Market Site on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

Hairstyle Niche Site: This is a small content site earning around $60 per month from display ads. Most of the traffic comes from Pinterest.
