For vetted deals, we’ve included a brief summary of the due diligence we performed for our deal-sourcing clients, which involved analyzing the technical and financial health of these businesses.

🚀 3 Vetted Market Deals

We’ve included a curated selection of this week’s vetted deals, identified for our clients through our specialized Deal Sourcing service. For more detailed information, please reply to this email or visit our WebAcquisition deal sourcing page.

1️⃣ < $500k Range – Educational LMS Earning $18,221/mo (Revenue)

15 years old — $125,000 asking price

An established educational technology company focused on movement-based learning for children. Most of its revenue comes from educators and therapists. The main concern is that it currently operates near break-even. The cost structure needs to be analyzed, but based on an initial review of the P&L, there appears to be significant potential for cost reduction, particularly by removing the current owner’s salary from the equation. Another issue, which was also a deal-breaker, is that some parts of the business (mainly the educational videos) are not included in the sale. This would likely make the already challenging post-acquisition period even more complicated.

2️⃣ < $1M Range – Health/wellness Mobile app Making $8,417

1 year old — $690,000 asking price

Buying a mobile app comes with its own pros and cons. There are several major factors to analyze, competition analysis, ranking on mobile app stores, and, most importantly, the app’s technical SEO. We reviewed this deal: a unique app in the health and psychological niche that attracts most of its new subscribers by being ranked #1 in its category. The owner is also very active on YouTube and social media. On the positive side, the micro-niche in which it operates is poised to grow in the future. The main task will be to develop a growth plan and maintain the current rankings on both Google and the app stores. The seller is a one-man team, so it would be best to structure a deal where he continues working on the product. However, he is currently asking for far too much, which led our client to pass on this deal.

3️⃣ > $1M Range – Digital Marketing Agency Earning $43,174/mo

14 years old — $1,500,000 asking price

Buying any kind of agency is a risky path for an inexperienced investor. We recently had a client interested in a digital marketing company listed on a major marketplace. Being already active in this space, and with experience in acquiring several agencies ourselves, we ultimately advised our client to pass on that opportunity. The main reason was the company’s overly complex offering, more than 10 different services, and a large team of contractors spread across the globe. Without proper post-acquisition support, managing such an operation would likely be very difficult. As it was an SEO agency, churn rates were high, and the business environment changes almost monthly. To conclude, investors seeking more passive opportunities should generally avoid purchasing digital agencies.

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 5-year-old Educational Website and Set of AI Tools making $2,756/mo on Empire Flippers

Display ads/subs Educational —30X — $82,677

A set of AI tools and a main website generate income from two primary sources: display ads on the main website and digital subscriptions to one of the tools. However, revenue has been declining, and it appears that the owner does not spend much time maintaining the business. As a result, proper due diligence is required to determine whether there is potential to recover some of the lost revenue. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 6-year-old Hobbies e-commerce Site making $4,079/mo on Empire Flippers

E-commerce — Hobby —28X $114,209

We like to see specialized eCommerce shops. The main reason is that customers are more likely to return and make repeat purchases from a website focused on a specific hobby. This one targets a niche hobby that is becoming increasingly popular in the U.S. year over year. Although there is some concern about tariffs due to the product being shipped from China, the business still maintains a profit margin above 20%. The biggest opportunity lies in the fact that most sales currently come from paid ads. This means there is plenty of room for growth through SEO, especially given that the niche is small and lacks major competitors. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 27-year-old Health niche site making $5,111/mo on Flippa

Health — Live Auction ($121,246 asking price)

This is a great opportunity in the health industry. The website is a leading online community for UK dental professionals. It includes news, discussion boards, newsletters, etc., and mainly earns revenue through direct ads. There is a wealth of opportunity for growth by adding additional revenue sources. This can be done by reaching out to dental tourism clinics across Europe, where you can implement affiliate partnerships and easily double the revenue. View on Flippa

🚀 1 Off-Market Site on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

Local Plumbing Lead Generation Site: An interesting plumbing lead generation site that receives around 20 calls per month. There is no information available about revenue. The site targets a city with a population of approximately 300,000, which is a promising prospect.
