Before you dive into this week’s deals, a quick question to help me make this newsletter more valuable for you:

🚀 3 Vetted Market Deals

We’ve included a curated selection of this week’s vetted online businesses for sale. We sourced these custom deals for our clients through our Deal Sourcing service.

If you need deal sourcing and acquisition support, please reply to this email or visit our WebAcquisition deal sourcing service.

Note: Due to NDAs with our clients, we cannot share access to these listings. Only our clients receive open access to the best on-market and off-market businesses.

1️⃣ <500k Range – Merchandise Print-on-Demand Business Earning $5,292/mo

1 year old — $158,760 asking price

One of our clients was interested in this business. It is a well-run print-on-demand shop based in New Zealand, and all the numbers add up. However, historically, print-on-demand businesses carry a few red flags. First, they are notoriously easy to copy, and when most of your traffic comes from social media and paid ads, that becomes a serious issue. Copyright concerns are another risk, especially when selling through Shopify. And with a store offering thousands of products, conducting thorough due diligence can be difficult. On the positive side, the business is inventory-free, and it’s relatively easy to find suppliers.

2️⃣ <1M Range – Tech SaaS Earning $30,209

2 years old — $440,000 asking price

We curated this SaaS for a client interested in the niche. Ultimately, he wasn’t interested, but it’s still a deal worth keeping an eye on. It’s a similar version of Pastebin with a few small differences. The platform is used by people who want to sell content or data to others and then act as a sort of data merchant. The biggest concern lies in the legality of the information being sold. Our client was rightfully worried about potential legal issues, and his concern was valid, especially since the business mainly operates in the EU market, which is notorious for strict internet regulations. Hiring an EU-based legal team would be too expensive for a deal in this price range. However, if you’re looking for a quick flip, this could still be a great opportunity.

3️⃣ >1M Range – Set of Shopify Apps Earning $33,164/mo

5 years old — $1,393,000 asking price

We conducted due diligence on this business, and it passed with flying colors. Unfortunately, the deal fell through due to financing issues, that’s another story. The business consists of a collection of Shopify apps with thousands of monthly paying customers. One of the apps is even a market leader in its segment on the Shopify marketplace. The apps are relatively easy to maintain, though they will likely need updates to include new AI-driven features. This would need to be discussed with the developer, who is also a co-founder. There’s also significant room for growth, as their marketing efforts have been fairly limited so far. Overall, it is set apart from similar apps as it has a good history, a low churn rate, and revenue is diversified between 3 apps; the 4th one is free.

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 8-year-old Music e-commerce Site making $4,131/mo on Empire Flippers

E-commerce Music —24X — $99,152

Monthly subscription e-commerce deals were a huge hit during COVID. Nowadays, they’re not as popular, but they still have strong advantages: the churn rate is low, and with the right pricing, you can have customers paying for years. This example is straightforward: a monthly subscription for a physical audio product shipped to customers, offering a healthy profit margin of 41%. The main challenge, however, is acquiring new customers, as site traffic is low. On top of that, the primary source of traffic is referrals—and referral traffic is relatively easy to replace. Always make sure to perform proper due diligence on incoming traffic, as it will be the lifeline of your business. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 3-year-old Education SaaS making $2,301/mo on Empire Flippers

Education — SaaS —35X $80,520

How time flies, we’re already seeing AI SaaS products for sale that have experienced a significant drop in earnings over the past 12 months. This one is a perfect example: it was a hit at launch, but the churn rate has been high, especially in the last year as more competitors with bigger ad budgets entered the market. On top of that, there’s likely a substantial amount of technical debt. Overall, businesses like this are good opportunities if you want to make a lowball offer. For this one, we’d offer a 20x multiple instead of the listed 35x. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 8-year-old Home services lead generation business making $6,667/mo on Flippa

Services— Live Auction ($60,000 indicative price)

A huge blog in the marketing niche with a corresponding YouTube channel that has over 4,000 blog posts and almost 1,000 videos. It receives high traffic, though most of it does not come from first-tier countries. There is still a huge opportunity to add affiliate marketing to the mix. The price is too high and should be negotiated down to the range of 30-32X. View on Flippa

🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

$50/mo Informational Niche Site: An almost 30-year-old domain with over 500 simple blog posts. According to the seller, it currently attracts around 24,000 pageviews and earns about $70 per month. Worth checking out.

Starters Tech Niche Site: A 3-year-old site with some content in the laptop niche. There isn’t much information available about traffic or revenue.
