🚀 3 Vetted Market Deals

We’ve included a curated selection of this week’s vetted deals, identified for our clients through our specialized Deal Sourcing service. For more detailed information, please reply to this email or visit our WebAcquisition deal sourcing page.

1️⃣ <500k Range – Finance Blog Earning $8,846/mo

4 years old — $247,000 asking price

A client of ours was looking for a passive acquisition, and this deal was proposed to him. At first glance, it seemed simple enough, a well-known domain accompanied by additional ones that earn almost entirely from guest posts and sponsored ads. Due to its high domain authority, it supposedly receives hundreds of inquiries per day. The truth is, after a decade of experience in buying and selling online businesses, these kinds of assets rarely sell. They are highly unpredictable and difficult for the general public to understand when it comes to their revenue model. In conclusion, if you’re running a well-managed blog that generates revenue from guest posts, it’s a valuable asset to own, but selling it will likely be quite challenging.

2️⃣ <1M Range – Crypto Affiliate Content Site Earning $25,000/mo

2 years old — $670,000 asking price

Buying a crypto project comes with a wide range of challenges. Financing options are limited, and conducting a thorough financial analysis can be challenging due to the multiple wallets, exchanges, and revenue streams involved. On top of that, many owners in this space tend to be younger and a bit less structured in how they run their businesses. This particular case is a good example, a well-known crypto blog in the European market generating revenue through sponsored ads and affiliate partnerships (as is common in most crypto projects). The site drives traffic from Google, as well as referral traffic from CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap, making it an authoritative in the crypto niche. We generally recommend crypto projects only to those who have a deep understanding of the industry. These ventures aren’t ideal for the broader, general audience.

3️⃣ >1M Range – Environment Blog Earning $40,000/mo

25 years old — $1,500,000 asking price

Lately, there’s been a steady flow of strong content sites entering the market, many of them resilient to Google’s algorithm changes. This one, a leading environmental blog for the US and LATAM markets, was recently listed on one of the major marketplaces. Its traffic comes from organic search, Google Discover, and social media. It should be relatively easy to establish syndication deals with major US publishers, as the site is well-known and has more than 5,000 referring domains. The expenses section of the P&L should be carefully reviewed to identify potential cost reductions, or, more importantly, to ensure key team members can be retained.

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 2-year-old AI Mobile App making $4,988/mo on Empire Flippers

Subscriptions Mobile app —38X — $189,547

A somewhat unusual AI project, a set of mobile apps with a unique feature and over 600k registered users. Most of the users were acquired through a Telegram bot. This is a niche project, so if you have experience running Telegram channels, it could be a great flipping opportunity. With a low $31 lifetime spend, there’s plenty of room for improvement by introducing freemium models, running Black Friday deals, and more. We included this one because it isn’t a vibe-coded project done overnight. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 1-year-old Audio Digital Commerce Site making $1,839/mo on Empire Flippers

E-commerce — Audio —33X $60,699

Another site in the audio niche, selling samples online and generating revenue through a digital commerce model. This is one of those niches we regret not entering earlier, as we recognized its strong profitability years ago. The business model is straightforward, build a catalog of audio products, drive traffic through social channels (as this one does), and potentially add SEO-driven traffic for further growth. Even with paid traffic, profit margins are around 60%, which speaks for itself. It’s a great niche to be in. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 2-year-old Digital marketing agency making $2,576/mo on Flippa

Marketing— Live Auction ($50,000 asking price)

A unique digital marketing agency that helps SMEs get their voices heard on podcasts. Essentially, it acts as a middleman between podcast hosts and people looking to build awareness through this channel. With its distinctive approach to the industry, this could be a great add-on for any existing marketing agency. As a standalone business, it’s probably not the best acquisition, but agency owners should definitely take a look at it. View on Flippa

🚀 1 Off-Market Site on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

Starter Office Niche Site: A small website in the office niche with a solid backlink profile of over 300 referring domains. It currently ranks for about 50 keywords, indicating that its traffic is likely quite limited.
