3 Vetted Aged Domains
This week we look at three premium-aged domains from our partners –SerpDomains.
➡️ AviaCommerce.org – By no means is this the best-expired domain on the market. However, with a price of just $549, this .org domain could be a great kickstart for your new site in the business/e-commerce world. It was once an open-source e-commerce startup but was disbanded 4 months ago. This 5-year-old domain is backed by 67 referring domains.
➡️ CreditAndBlame.com – Another interesting domain in the finance niche. It shares its name with a book written by a professor at NYU, and the domain was initially used for promoting that book. Over the years, it has attracted a decent number of referring domains (85), including notable ones from Bloomberg.com, CBSnews.com, and Rntrepreneur.com. With a price of $1,349, this 13-year-old domain provides a solid foundation for a new finance blog.
➡️ Omniata.com – The third one this week is an intriguing 13-year-old domain in the tech niche. It was originally part of a Finnish startup focused on data analysis acquired by Activision in 2017. While the site was active, it attracted 90 referring domains. Notably, the trademark is no longer active, giving you the opportunity to rebuild this brand from scratch. The price is $2,779.
🚀 3 Brokered Websites For Sale
➡️ 5-year-old pets site making $2,557/mo on Empire Flippers –
This is a well-built site within the evergreen pets niche. Just like most of the sites listed on all brokerages this week, it was affected by at least one of the last two Google updates, albeit to a minor extent. On the positive side, the site’s owner has successfully built the brand by creating active social media pages, building an 11,000-strong email list, and introducing digital products, which account for nearly 20% of the revenue. ➡️ 1-year old alternative lifestyle site making $1,278/mo on Motion Invest Nothing against Motion Invest, but every site listed this week was affected by the updates. This indicates that the owners are in a hurry to sell their sites. This particular site is built around an interesting niche in a low-competition space. Among all the sites listed this week, this one has the best chance of regaining its rankings and traffic. Currently listed at 30X, we would begin negotiations in the range of 20-25X. ➡️ 3-year-old religion site making $1,452/mo on Flippa – Another site in an unusual niche, this website lists prayers for various events and individuals, adopting a rather unique approach. It has achieved success by ranking for over 30k keywords. Currently, it earns solely from Mediavine display ads, but there are many other potential revenue streams that could be added, such as digital products and a prayer app, among others. Additionally, you will gain access to active social media pages (9k followers) and a sizable mailing list. (7k). View on Flippa
