1️⃣ < $500k Range – Pet Digital Marketplace Earning $7,187/mo

6 years old — $208,431 asking price

The pet niche is always an interesting one, and this business takes a slightly different approach to it. It’s one of the leading platforms for buying and selling pets, where users can post their own listings. The revenue model is as expected, a mix of paid listings and display advertising. This business relies on an alternative display ad provider rather than the mainstream networks. Overall, revenue has been declining year over year. The company was heavily affected by Google’s algorithm updates at the end of 2023 and has never recovered to its previous performance levels. It’s unlikely to regain those numbers, which is the main reason our client decided to pass on this deal.

2️⃣ < $1M Range – Accounting Software Business Earning $19,098

33 years old — $575,000 asking price

A solid content site in the UK tech niche earning through affiliate marketing. It’s a classic example that has survived most recent algorithm changes. Recently, there has been a steady influx of deals hitting the market involving businesses created by early web pioneers, some operating for nearly three decades, like this one. It’s a municipal accounting software business built on Microsoft Access, with most clients having been with the company for over 20 years. It’s an extremely stable operation, but also a stagnating one. A change in ownership could unsettle some long-term clients, so thorough due diligence is essential, both on the software and the people behind it. Key questions include: How is the software built? What does maintenance involve? How often has it been upgraded over the years? What level of support is provided? How much direct interaction do the owners have with clients? On the upside, there’s tremendous potential for improvement and growth for anyone willing to invest in modernization and expansion.

3️⃣ > $1M Range – Music Instrument E-learning Platform earning $67,585/mo

6 years old — $2,425,000 asking price

While our deal-sourcing client ultimately wasn’t interested in this opportunity, it stands out as one of the stronger online education businesses to hit the market recently. It’s a music-instrument learning platform with around 10 contractors and impressive historical performance, more than 170,000 paying customers over the past six years. Retention and lifetime value among those customers aren’t particularly high, which presents a clear area for improvement. Customer acquisition has been straightforward, driven mainly by paid advertising and email marketing to a list of over 800,000 contacts. The main caveat is that the seller isn’t offering any alternative purchase structure beyond an all-cash deal. That could be a challenge, given that the business is currently valued at over $2.4 million.

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 15-year-old B2B Subscription-based Business making $13,343/mo on Empire Flippers

Subscriptions B2B —36X — $480,348

At first glance, it appears to be an outdated platform that connects manufacturers with sales representatives across the U.S. However, under the hood, the business has shown steady growth over the past two years. An additional positive is that the owner is the sole “employee,” which simplifies operations and transition. Most clients are acquired through paid advertising on Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. Overall, both traffic and revenue have remained flat over the last two years, making this an interesting acquisition opportunity, especially given the significant room for improvement on the website itself. 2️⃣ 2-year-old Video Digital Product business making $11,659/mo on Empire Flippers

Digital Commerce — Video Editing —31X $361,426

A highly niche business that sells presets for Adobe Lightroom and DaVinci Resolve. The owner is well-known within the video editing community, which drives a large portion of the traffic from Reddit, Quora, and other niche forums. The main issue is that the business is heavily tied to the owner’s personal brand, even the domain name is connected to them. As a result, any buyer would likely need to continue using the previous owner’s name and image, which isn’t ideal and could deter many potential buyers. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 14-year-old Automotive marketplace making $408/mo on Flippa

Marketplace— Live Auction ($5,350 asking price)

A simple UK-based automotive marketplace that earns revenue from sellers listing their cars or motorhomes. The platform is fully automated, so future growth largely depends on improving traffic acquisition. Currently, it attracts only modest traffic through organic SEO, but it’s worth a closer look. 🚀 1 Off-Market Site on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a top pick for this week:

$30/mo Hobby Niche Site: A classic niche site earning through display ads. Solid traffic numbers.
