🚀 3 Vetted Market Deals
We’ve included a curated selection of this week’s vetted deals, identified for our clients through our specialized Deal Sourcing service. For more detailed information, please reply to this email or visit our WebAcquisition deal sourcing page.
1️⃣ <500k Range – Tech Amazon FBA Earning $8,154/mo
3 years old — $309,835 asking price
2️⃣ <1M Range – Recipes Content Site Earning $18,600
5 years old — $695,000 asking price
The quality content is still performing very well. We reviewed this deal for a typical recipe site created by an acknowledged pastry chef. With more than 1,000 published articles, it attracts nearly 500K visits per month from organic search and social channels. For larger content sites, revenue diversification is key, and this one has done an excellent job by securing two content syndication deals with major publications. Recently, many of the websites we’ve reviewed, including this one, have experienced a year-over-year decline in organic traffic, which is completely normal when it’s around 15–20%. This trend reflects the broader impact of AI on search visibility. However, sites like this one that have successfully syndicated their content have managed to increase overall revenue, even with reduced organic traffic.
3️⃣ >1M Range – Background Check Service Earning $29,432/mo
5 years old — $2,989,952 asking price
We recommended this one to our client, a personal favorite of ours. Operating in the background verification niche, this website is one of the leading players in Canada within its category. Most of its revenue comes from B2B clients who hire the company to vet potential employees on their behalf. The biggest drawback here is the thin profit margins, as the site relies heavily on Google Ads as its main client acquisition channel. There have been months where ad spend exceeded $100,000, so a thorough review of their performance marketing is absolutely essential. Beyond that, the initial P&L statements aren’t very conclusive for a seven-figure business. For buyers, sellers, and even marketplaces, unclear or incomplete financials can be an early red flag. You don’t want to spend hours trying to decipher a messy P&L before making a decision.
🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers
1️⃣ 7-year-old Language Learning Platform making $6,003/mo on Empire Flippers
Subscriptions — Language Learning —52X — $312,156
This one is considered one of the best learning sources for a specific European language. Due to its niche size, it has been underserved by major language-learning apps like Duolingo. The business has shown consistent year-over-year growth, and the reported profits seem almost unreal, so it would be wise to double-check the company’s expenses. Other than that, the website faces virtually no competition, making it a rare opportunity; however, the seller has overpriced it at 52 times monthly revenue. View on Empire Flippers
2️⃣ 5-year-old Outdoors Niche Site making $1,914/mo on Empire Flippers
Display ads — Outdoors —29X — $55,502
Classic affiliate and display ad websites still work, and this one is a great example. The niche is a familiar one, outdoors and survival. It took a significant hit from a Google update but managed to recover through organic traffic from other sources like Pinterest. However, the site’s revenue and overall performance are heavily dependent on display ads as the primary income source. One thing we like to check is how the site performs in AI, specifically, whether LLMs are using it as a source. This could serve as a useful indicator of how the website might perform in the near future. View on Empire Flippers
3️⃣ 19-year-old Entertainment Business making $7,576/mo on Flippa
Celebrity/hosting— Live Auction — ($250,000 asking price)
A very interesting site in the celebrity niche. At first glance, it looks like a typical celebrity blog, but under the hood, it’s actually a hosting company providing web hosting services to other celebrity-focused websites. The revenue streams are diversified and include web hosting, sponsored articles, sponsored ads, and traditional display ads. The business comes with over 150 domains, so it’s worth conducting proper due diligence on the operational side of the deal.. View on Flippa
🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook
The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:
Starter Office Niche Site: A small website in the office niche with a solid backlink profile of over 300 referring domains. It currently ranks for around 50 keywords, so the site likely receives only minimal traffic.
Sterter Laptop Niche Site: It’s a 3-year-old laptop niche site with some content but no verifiable traffic or income data.
