This week’s deals feature 3 websites for sale from Empire Flippers and Flippa in the gardening, psychology, and e-commerce niches and 2 websites from our private Facebook group in the pets and education niches.
For domains, we featured 3 domains from SerpDomains™.
🚀 3 Vetted Aged Domains
This week, we will look at three premium-aged domains from our partner, SerpDomains.
1️⃣ UnprofessionalEngineering.com
8 years old — 92 ref. domains — $690
This domain was previously used for a podcast of the same name, which released its last episode about a year ago. Around that time, the domain was dropped. You can repurpose it as an interesting content site where you will write about engineering mistakes that have cost money and live worldwide. Simultaneously, you could create a similarly themed faceless YouTube channel; videos on this topic have been gaining decent traction lately. View on SerpDomains
2️⃣ HomeAtLastRescue.org
24 years old — 188 ref. domains — $1,550
If we had more time, this is an opportunity we would pursue. The market size of the Animal Shelters industry, measured by revenue, was $3.5 billion in 2023, and it remains a seriously untapped niche. Everything from a pure content site to lead generation or even SaaS for pet shelter management could work. On top of that, you would be helping dogs find their homes—a true win-win situation. You could start by creating a pSEO directory of pet shelters in your state. View on SerpDomains
3️⃣ HoodRestaurants.com
10 years old — 137 ref. domains — $650
This week, we cover unusual domains and ideas. This one was used for an English food restaurant that ceased operations two years ago. The idea here is simple: create content around food places in ‘bad’ parts of cities in the U.S. Be aware that ‘G’ is next to ‘H,’ so you will never rank for ‘Hood Restaurants’ as Google will interpret it at “Good” 🙂 View on SerpDomains
🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers
1️⃣ 4-year-old Gardening Niche Site making $5,522/mo on Empire Flippers
Display ads — Gardening —36X — $198,779
At first glance, it appears to be a typical niche site in the gardening space. Interestingly, this site was decimated by Google HCU six months ago, yet it still attracts more than 100k visitors per month, primarily from Pinterest, Bing, and DuckDuckGo. We’re not sure if the ‘reversal’ trend of the latest update had any effect, but the site is certainly resilient. On the downside, the asking price is way too high. View on Empire Flippers
2️⃣ 9-year-old Psychology Niche Site making $2,181/mo on Empire Flippers
Display ads — Psychology —39X — $84,477
A very simple but powerful site, it ranks for over 55k keywords with only 200 content pages. Due to the nature of the niche, there is significant room for growth in terms of content production. The site has its ups and downs, but it is currently at its peak in terms of traffic. On the downside, a decent portion of revenue comes from guest posts, which should be considered when calculating the final price. A 39X multiple is still too high for the current market. However, if you have a strong content team, this is a great opportunity. View on Empire Flippers
3️⃣ 5-year-old E-commerce business making $2,146/mo on Flippa
E-commerce— Gaming — ($20,000 starting bid price)
A successful eCommerce store selling more than 1,200 products. Due to the nature of the products, the profit margins are impressively high at 51%. With the right implementation of typical SEO strategies, there is potential for organic traffic to explode. The business comes with a decently sized mailing list of 7k. A starting bid price of $20k seems fair, but be sure to conduct proper financial due diligence. View on Flippa
🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook
The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:
Starter’s Pets Niche Site: 8-month-old site with 66 articles published and around 8k impressions. For just $400, it could be a great starting point in the website flipping business model.
Starter’s Educational Niche Site: A similar beginner site in the education niche with slightly more clicks and ranking for 270 keywords. The asking price is $80.
Note: Linking to individual posts in Facebook groups is currently buggy, so the links may not lead you directly to the listing. Please filter posts by most recent.
