🚀 3 Vetted Market Deals

We’ve included a curated selection of this week’s vetted online businesses for sale. We sourced these custom deals for our clients through our Deal Sourcing service.

If you need deal sourcing and acquisition support, please reply to this email or visit our WebAcquisition deal sourcing service.

Note: Due to NDAs with our clients, we cannot share access to these listings. Only our clients receive open access to the best on-market and off-market businesses.

1️⃣ <500k Range – Web Design platform Earning $5,375/mo

12 years old — $250,000 asking price

This seller has done a great job securing direct advertising deals with multiple web design agencies, who pay premium prices for sponsored links and content. Most of these promotions are recurring and will likely remain viable in the foreseeable future. However, the site relies almost entirely on this single revenue stream, which is an important risk factor to consider. There is growth potential in developing their own product. While AI is already impacting the web design industry, this site could actually leverage that shift by reaching out to the many AI SaaS companies in the market and offering them promotional opportunities. We ultimately advised our client not to proceed with this acquisition, as it would require a dedicated team to manage effectively, while the client was specifically looking for a business he could run independently.

2️⃣ <1M Range – Productivity SaaS Earning $8,429/mo

5 years old — $500,000 asking price

We recommended this SaaS to one of our deal-sourcing clients. While the client wasn’t particularly interested in the niche, it’s still a solid business. The product is a simple online PDF editor with a strong online presence and healthy organic traffic to support growth. With nearly 1,000 users, there’s ample opportunity to expand by introducing tiered pricing structures, adding corporate licenses, and more. That said, the nature of PDFs limits how many new features can realistically be added. Overall, we consistently advise our clients to choose SaaS businesses that solve a single problem exceptionally well, rather than “all-in-one” solutions that try to offer dozens of features but don’t excel in any of them.

3️⃣ >1M Range – Marketing SaaS Earning $31,225/mo

6 years old — $1,218,000 asking price

Many of our investor clients are interested in SaaS due to the buzz surrounding it. However, we always take a cautious approach to potential SaaS deals, as they often come with issues such as technical debt, human resource challenges, and more. Most SaaS businesses rely on remote work, with contractors sourced from around the world. We always warn our clients when we believe current expenses are underrepresented. This particular SaaS is an interesting case: it shows great profit margins and is run by low-paid contractors. While this looks attractive at first, it could lead to issues down the road. Another reason we didn’t recommend our client proceed with the LOI is that the average LTV was rather low, meaning the owner would be heavily dependent on new sales. And selling a product you don’t fully understand is difficult, likely leading to losses for at least a six-month period. Something most people will not agree to.

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 6-year-old Recipes niche Site making $1,234/mo on Empire Flippers

Display ads Cooking —39X — $48,133

Contrary to popular belief, most typical recipe sites survived the AI revolution and still bring decent revenue to their owners. This is partly due to Pinterest traffic, but many sites like this one attract even more organic traffic. A typical recipe blog with high-quality content can still thrive. On top of that, this site has remained very stable over the past two years, meaning any potential growth could result in a great flip. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 6-year-old Electrician Lead Gen Site making $1,292/mo on Empire Flippers

Lead Generation — HVAC —28X $36,165

A typical supplement digital ecommerce site with most of the revenue coming from its Shopify store. Most of the traffic comes through social media ads and referrals. Due to the niche specifics, we always recommend doing thorough due diligence. Right off the bat, there are some red flags, such as the owner stopping the affiliate program and CPC due to personal reasons. If you are ready to take some risks, this could be a great deal where you can negotiate the price down significantly. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 1-year-old Background Check SaaS making $154/mo on Flippa

Subscriptions— Live Auction ($2,990 reserve price)

This is a very interesting niche, we ourselves had a few similar sites in the past in the DOB and background search. The difference here is that this one focuses specifically on the UK market. Overall, the background check niche is great for affiliates, with a strong traffic-to-revenue ratio. However, this project is a bit different because it operates like a SaaS, creating even more opportunities, such as building out your own affiliate network. View on Flippa

🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

$137/mo Gardening Niche Site: This seller is offering a package of 2 sites. Both are simple sites with some traffic coming in. If interested, it’s worth double-checking the traffic acquisition. Asking for $400.

$82/mo Tools Niche Site: A group member is interested in selling her website, which has been dormant for a few years. Allegedly, it once earned $2k. The primary source of traffic does not appear to be from the US, so with the current traffic numbers, it’s hard to expect it to earn more than $200–300 per month.
