📉 Valuation & Multiple Changes

Price and/or multiple decreases can signal the site is not selling. The seller may be open to offers to close quickly.

This week we were not able to spot “quality” listings that had valuation decreases. Most changes in valuations were because the sites were on a downtrend due to recent Google updates.

This will continue for the next few weeks as Google has launched a new update this week.
