This week’s featured deals are from The Website Flip in the cryptocurrency technology niche and a food truck aged domain from Odys. Also, I’ve added two (2) deals from Flippa that do not meet my criteria but may be worth a look for someone else.

Easy Wins
- Try applying to Mediavine
- Try Crypto-specific ad networks (the previous owner had Coinzilla but I removed it to keep things simple)
- Add Amazon Affiliate links to all articles. Each article discusses specific hardware that is available on Amazon. Using AAWP to add product boxes would generate more sales
- Optimize placeholders for Ezoic
- Perform internal linking (not done at all)
Takeaway
I bought this site off of Flippa since it was under-monetized, underoptimized. Due to too many projects, it’s time to sell and start 2022 fresh.
The site discusses crypto hardware (GPUs, etc) mining hashrates. Hashrate is a measure of the computational power per second used when mining. In general, the crypto niche is high competition but this sub-niche has opportunities. The site generates 51,000 page views per month.
After purchasing, my team revamped each article’s formatting and added Ezoic.
Adding content related to various crypto technologies, mining tactics, etc would generate more traffic over time. There is an opportunity here to target a sub-niche of the overall crypto industry.

Food trucks have been growing in popularity year over year. They are more economical to run as a business than a fixed-location restaurant. This domain would be perfectly branded to discuss the food truck business.
This is what I would do:
- Cover what, how, why, where, when of starting a food truct business
- Review services and products that will help the entrepreuner get started
This is a lucrative space with fairly low competition. Not many websites are solely focused on discussing how to start a food truck business. Monetization can be easily done with display ads in the beginning, but eventually should get into digital products (i.e., a course on how to start, or e-book), and then potentially consulting calls.
An excellent opportunity to build a real business here.
🚀 Other Sites For Sale (Unvetted)
VehicleSprout.com: 1-year old Amazon Associate site in the car niche. The site earns $264/mo. The upside is adding Ezoic to generate an additional $100/mo from the site. This site does not meet my criteria due to too many commercial articles vs informational articles
Cheap-CPR.com: 9+-year-old CPR certification website generating about $1,000/mo from digital product sales. From an initial look, it’s a site that caught my attention due to being aged, selling a unique product, and having good organic rankings. However, I am worried about legalities. What happens if someone gets CPR certification, and then an accident happens? The site may be drawn into lawsuits.
🚀 15 Brandable Domains at Auction
My team and I sifted through the marketplaces and found 15 branded domains that are live at auction.
A whopper of an authority domain this week, FreeByte.com, with a DR of 63. First registered in 1997, it was a freeware (free software apps) listing site until 2019. Still indexed in Google, it has a lot of high authority backlinks and has managed to keep most of its DR from a peak of 71 in 2015. Not currently ranking for many keywords, but that should be easy to fix with fresh content. This one will not go cheap and is now bidding at $3,100+ with a GoDaddy valuation of $6,500.
Top brandable name, ImVR.com. It used to be a Spanish Virtual Reality hardware site and has an abandoned trademark, so a bit more due diligence will be necessary (a good thing to do with any names you’re interested in, BTW).
VR/Metaverse names are very hot at the moment and are going for a premium price.
