Art has been booming recently due to NFTs. Here is the trend line for the search term “nft art” in Google Trends:
This domain would be an interesting project of combining art (to ensure topical relevancy) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs). You can partner with NFT artists, and cover their stories. This could result in significant traffic and earnings.
Here is what I would do:
- Recreate the site by covering traditional artists, interviews, and topics
- Add a NFT Art category covering the new artists that are trending, and new ones
Monetization can be done via display ads (which will be high paying in this niche due to recent trends), and sponsorships. You can browse Twitter or platforms like OpenSea, which is the largest NFT marketplace, to find creators. Reach out to these creators and do an interview. Eventually, you could charge creators a sponsorship fee. OpenSea also has an affiliate program that you can use to promote various NFT listed on their marketplace.
This is an up-and-coming niche where you can build a real asset.

Takeaway
If you are looking to build out a travel niche site, this would be a good starter site to acquire. It includes many assets that would cost significant time and money to build or outsource. The site has stable traffic.
The owner has added display ads via Google Adsense but only one ad block. Switching over to Ezoic would get a boost of at least $15 EPMV in this niche thus adding $50 per month in revenues.

🚀 15 Brandable Domains at Auction
My team and I sifted through the marketplaces and found 13 branded domains that are live at auction.
A trio of authority brandable names this week: ITGeared.com (DR 32), LostKey.com (DR 30), and Reclaiming.com (DR 36), all are attracting a lot of bidding interest. Of the three ITGeared, a tech tutorial site in the past is ranking for the most keywords according to AHREFS which gives it an advantage in my experience in addition to still having 600+ pages indexed in Google.
