I bought this site from a Facebook group a few months ago, adding about 30,000 words of content, about 3 quality backlinks, and the idea was to let it sit and grow. The site has been growing nicely month over month. However, I personally know I won’t be able to really put the focus this site deserves long-term.
The niche really interested me. Unlike dogs and cat sub-niches that are extremely saturated, the rabbit niche has a TON of low competition keywords with low DR competitors. A good site for someone to continue to grow.

However, later I found an aged domain that was a perfect fit on ODYS.Global. The aged domain was purchased for $1,400. The site was then migrated over from the new to the aged domain.

This site used to be run by a Cannabis company that grew its own Cannabis and sold it to different dispensaries in the Oregon area.

Needless to say, the cannabis niche is lucrative and this was one of the first domains (that I’ve seen) in this niche available on the ODYS marketplace.
This is what I would do:
- Add informational content on legalities of cannabis in each city/state/country
- Add informational content related to CBD
- Add reviews of various CBD products
This niche lends itself well to affiliate marketing. There are not many display ad providers in the cannabis space. With that, your revenues from affiliate marketing will outweigh any display ads. In this niche, CBD brands pay a “cost-per-action”, essentially meaning you get paid to drive a sale and it can be upwards of $50-$150. Email marketing will also work well in this niche.
Recently, a few sites in this niche have sold on Flippa that I’ve covered. In week 23, a CBD site sold for $10,600. In week 10, a grow light site sold for $5,000. At the same time, quality aged domains in this niche sell for high 5-6 figures.
Be aware that this is a VERY competitive niche so make sure you do your research.
🆕 DealFeed.io Features Update
We are adding a bunch of new features to DealFeed. One that is launching soon is:
- Select multiple options for Monetizations, Niches, Brokers: you can put together your ideal criteria with this feature. For example, discover affiliate marketing sites in the home, business, and kitchen niches sold by Empire Flippers and Investors.club listed under a 40X multiple. This type of detailed criteria will soon be possible!
We are diligently working on the following value-add features:
- DealFeed Signals 🚀: our proprietary algorithms that will flag any sites for sale that are brand new, aged (over 3+ months), price increase/decrease, multiple increase/decrease. These Signals will enable you to get a heads up on quick changes, e.g., a listing may have a price drop making it a good deal.

- New Brokers 🆕: we are getting new brokers onboarded like DotMarket for French content sites, newsletters, and a few others.
