This week’s deals feature two off-market sites in the guitar niche and an aged domain in the B2B advertising niche from Odys.
Flippa inventory has not been good the past week with several low-quality “product-based” affiliate sites being listed. I only list deals that pass my critical due diligence metrics.

- Apply for direct affiliate programs (e.g., Guitar Center) and shift traffic away from Amazon to them
- Add buying guides for guitar products
Takeaway
Niches that have a hobby mindset with a “recurring” nature do well. The guitar niche is exactly that where those who want to learn the guitar will spend money to first learn and will continue to spend money to improve their skills.
This website specifically has a good foundation to grow into a true authority site covering the ins and outs of learning how to play the guitar. The website is aged over 4-years, has quality backlinks, and the content was written by experts.
The easiest of easy wins is to add several call to actions (e.g., links, buttons, boxes) of the high-paying affiliate programs (e.g., GuitarTricks, Fender) throughout the site. The next easy win is to add buying guides (i.e., best of guides).
The site has had a traffic drop in the early parts of 2021 and so the site does need an audit, content updates, and most likely, more backlinks.

Takeaway
This site is owned by the same person selling GuitarLessons.org. He is the 2nd owner of the site. This site was originally created by someone who teaches guitar as a profession and has several courses. Note the course are not included in the sale as the original owner who created the site (not the current owner) kept them.
This site requires an overhaul in terms of its website design and content. One solution to bypass a redesign would be to merge this site into GuitarLessons.org to build one authority site.
The site makes revenue from affiliate programs on Clickbank and direct. As an easy win, the new owner can add more CTAs throughout the site to increase revenues.

This used to be the website of a SaaS company that did Google ad management to increase your return on ad spend (ROAS). They were a certified partner of Google, Magento, and more.
Growth Blueprint
The B2B niche is extremely lucrative with high-paying affiliate programs that are at times, recurring. This specific domain is well-tuned to cover the niche of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
There is a good opportunity here to build a brand discussing, strategies, tips, case studies, and more in the PPC space, just like The Website Flip has done in the content website space.
Here is what I would do:
- Most of the backlinks go to the homepage (which is a plus). Recreate the home page with a selection of articles that you want the link authority to pass to.
- Start with the content silo of “Google PPC”. This is to ensure topical relevancy with the original website.
- Add content related to “how to”, “what”, case studies, and more around Google PPC
- Do hands-on software reviews of tools that help with PPC
- Then cover other categorie silos like “PPC for SaaS”, “PPC for Ecommerce”, “Reddit PPC”, “Bing PPC”
In general, there is significant keyword volume in the space. Monetization can easily be done via display ads, which would have a very high RPM, but the more lucrative option is affiliate programs of PPC software and tools.
🚀 16 Brandable Domains at Auction
My team and I sifted through the marketplaces and found 16 branded domains that are live at auction.
The top brandable name with authority this week is EzFx.com, with an AHREFS DR of 27 and several pages still indexed in Google. Its auction is currently bidding at $700+ at the time of writing. GoDaddy estimates its value at $7,987.
The EzFx domain was first registered in 2009 and remained active until 2021. EzFx manufactured camera accessories for the film industry. A quick trademark search shows no active trademarks in the US, but please do your own IP due diligence if you’re interested in this domain.
This week’s top brandable domain is SolarFactory.com, currently bidding at $2,000+ with an estimated value of $5,437 and several active bidders.
An interesting single-word domain name to watch is Sitting.com, with an estimated value of $17,682. Currently bidding well below that price.
