This week’s deals feature 3 websites for sale from Empire Flippers and Flippa in the dropshipping and e-commerce niches, and 2 websites from our private Facebook group in the tech and dating niches.
For domains, we featured 3 domains from SerpDomains™ and 3 from GoDaddy auctions.
🚀 3 Vetted Aged Domains
This week we took a look at three premium-aged domains from our partners –SerpDomains.
1️⃣ Mautilus.com
14 years old — 192 ref. domains — $1,770
This is an interesting 14-year-old domain previously used by a mid-sized software company that created firmware for TVs. The domain is ‘fresh,’ as the most recent content seen on the Wayback Machine is from 2023. Owing to these facts, it has attracted 192 referring domains, including some hard-to-get ones like Microsoft.com, Fastly.com, and TheManifest.com. There are no active trademarks on US and EU markets for the term “mautilus”. View on SerpDomains
2️⃣ Reality51.com
16 years old — 97 ref. domains — $1,280
Another tech-related domain in the gaming sub-niche. This domain was used for a VR project by a similarly named company, The Farm 51. The site went offline sometime in 2021. Most of the backlinks are from relevant tech and news outlets like Vice.com, Playstation.com, and TheGuardian.com. With its catchy name, it is a solid choice if you are starting a blog in the tech/gaming niche. View on SerpDomains
3️⃣ Doctoora.com
8 years old — 77 ref. domains — $700
This domain was used for a digital healthcare marketplace that connected patients with healthcare providers. It was probably too ambitious, as the business closed its doors in 2023. However, this is a perfect example of how you can create a small, ultra-niche site that earns from local lead generation. It will not become the next Healthline, but you could flip it in less than a year for a hefty profit. View on SerpDomains
🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers
1️⃣ 1-year-old dropshipping site making $2,588/mo on Empire Flippers
Health— Dropship— 32X — $82,825
With the ongoing madness of the Google updates, we will focus on sites and businesses not affected by them. This one is a perfect example: a well-designed and professional site with decent organic traffic that resells expensive niche products. This means they generate their profits with just 10-15 sales per month. The owner works with 30 US suppliers, so there is no need for inventory. However, the conversion rate is still too low, even for the high-ticket products they sell, so further optimization could be beneficial for the business and result in a successful flip. 2️⃣ 1-year-old e-commerce business making $2,881/mo on Empire Flippers
Home — eCom— 32X — $92,182
Probably the first business showcased here that uses TikTok as its primary source of traffic, this is another proof that it’s possible to be profitable without relying on Google traffic. Although it’s a relatively new business, requiring extra due diligence, the profit margins are healthy at 45%. Any surplus organic traffic that you will be able to attract will boost profit margins even more. View on Empire Flippers
3️⃣ 4-year-old e-commerce business making $308/mo on Flippa
Apparel — eCom — Live Auction (1 bid)
A bit abandoned but still, an interesting e-commerce site selling socks. While sock subscription businesses were a hit back in the day, this one targeted a smaller sub-niche of hikers and mountaineers looking for warm socks. Marketing has been nonexistent for a while, so it will need to be restarted from scratch. This is the perfect option for people with experience in running smaller brands. There is already a bid, so check it out. It comes with decent-sized inventory ($8K). View on Flippa
🚀 2 Off-Market Sites on Facebook
The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:
$2,432/mo Tech Niche Site – 4-year-old site earning via Raptive. Be sure to check the latest traffic, but the site has been stable for over a year.
$252/mo Dating Niche Site – The site was hit by a Google update but still brings in revenues. You will not able to use Mediavine, so our advice is to check affiliates in the dating niche.
