🚀 3 Vetted Aged Domains

This week we take a look at three premium-aged domains from our partners –SerpDomains.

1️⃣ CourtRoomStrategy.com

22 years old — 264 ref. domains — $2,300

Great-looking legal domain. It was previously used as a personal blog by a court attorney. It is still ranking for some keywords, indicating that it has recently expired. According to the Wayback Machine, more than 300 articles were posted on it. Since most of the content was written by the attorney, you can reuse and optimize it for search engines View on SerpDomains

2️⃣ FromAToB.com

23 years old — 724 ref. domains — $1,750

Nowadays, many niche marketers tend to create travel sites. This domain is perfect for that purpose and much more. It was once a general travel site focused on booking trains, flights, and other types of transportation. At its peak in 2020, it attracted more than 100,000 visits per month. On top of that, the backlink profile is impressive, with links from sites like the NYTimes, Vice.com, and Standard.co.uk. View on SerpDomains

3️⃣ GMOFilm.com

13 years old — 659 ref. domains — $1,950

An unusual domain, previously used for a documentary movie about GMO foods. You could build a simple informational site about GMO foods and GMO ingredients found in popular foods. Additionally, you could even create a voiceover video documentary yourself and promote it via this site. The backlink profile is excellent, with over 600 referring domains. View on SerpDomains

🚀 3 Websites For Sale From Brokers

1️⃣ 6-year-old gaming site making $5,753/mo on Empire Flippers

Content site Gaming/Hobby— 25X — $142,481

While the site was affected by the update, it still attracts more than 100,000 page views per month. This business earns revenue from both display ads and affiliate networks. The niche is truly evergreen, so branching out into e-commerce makes sense as the products are easily imported from China. A 25X valuation seems reasonable. View on Empire Flippers

2️⃣ 7-year-old digital e-commerce site making $11,623/mo on Empire Flippers

Music production e-commerce — 39X — $453,302

Music production often flies under the radar in the digital business sector. Reselling samples is a highly profitable industry, and this site is further proof of that. Focused on one instrument, it has accumulated seven figures in sales over the years. Most of the traffic comes from Facebook ads, so the logical way to increase profit margins is to work on SEO and attract more organic traffic, which is currently negligible. View on Empire Flippers

3️⃣ 3-year-old coffee e-commerce site making $2,03/mo on Flippa

Food And Drink — Live Auction ($32,565 starting bid price)

A smaller e-commerce site in the evergreen coffee niche. All products are dropshipped, so there are no inventory costs. With profit margins over 50%, it is a perfect fit if you are looking for a quick flip. By improving traffic acquisition through both paid ads and organic traffic, you will be able to increase revenue and profits. Be sure to conduct proper due diligence on the whole process to determine if all numbers are valid. There are many fabricated numbers on the market nowadays. View on Flippa

🚀 1 Off-Market Site on Facebook

The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:

$905/mo Tech Niche Site: 1-year-old site earning via Ezoic and Adsense. The asking price is $11,000 at a 12X multiple. Probably decimated by the update, but worth checking out
