The revenue is similarly well diversified, with more than 20 revenue sources. The only two caveats are that it is in German and that it was partially affected by the latest update. It is a typical Shopify shop offering high-priced products in the niche. Here lies the biggest opportunity: the homepage looks awful, and the conversions are probably really low. Just by improving the conversion rate and creating SEO content around the niche, you will be able to increase sales by at least 30-50%. Find any Telegram groups earning money (iGaming, selling accounts, Forex, crypto), reach out to them, and offer them a place on the homepage or any other type of deal. The Website Flip runs a free Facebook group where sellers can list sites for sale. Here is a selection of a few sites this week:
$45/mo Cigar Niche Site: This is a 2-year-old site earning from affiliates. The asking price is way too high, but you can negotiate. It was affected by the late 2023 updates.
$10/mo Sports Niche Site: The site was hit by a Google update but still brings in small revenues. For just $450, it could be an interesting side project.

- EsperAntony.com: This was the site for a NY restaurant starting in 2008. The domain has a DR of 26 and is ranking for 55 keywords in the top 100 positions. Backlinks from NYTimes, CBSNews and Telegraph.
- TownSquared.com: Was an online community for San Fransisco businesses started in 2014 with a DR of 52. Not currently ranking for any keywords but has backlinks from TechCrunch, Entrepreneur and PCMag
- PeopleToPeople.com: A student ambassador travel program started in 2012 with a DR of 46 and ranking for 23 KWs. Backlinks from HuffPost, NYTimes and Harvard.
