➡️ SDMI.org – We all know about HDMI, but what about SDMI? It was an online forum dedicated to protecting the rights of digital music authors. The domain boasts a high DR of 41 and a DA of 43. Additionally, this 25-year-old domain has 352 referring domains, including its own Wikipedia page. While the price is steep ($5,795), the investment could potentially be recouped simply by selling guest posts, although this is not a recommended practice.
➡️ EnergizedWork.com – An interesting and brandable domain in the work environment niche. It was first registered in 2007 and was used by a UK agency providing agile training for software companies, arguably a bit ahead of its time. The domain is supported by 169 referring domains and can be yours for $1,790. One unique approach would be to create a simple job board in a specific micro-niche. These types of sites are relatively easy to monetize.
➡️ ChivasSkincare.com – This is an interesting domain that could be ideal for an e-commerce business. There are many advantages to ‘hijacking’ a defunct brand without active trademarks. You would inherit solid brand awareness, evidenced by 96 referring domains and a 16-year-old domain. For just $1,700, it could be a smart investment, especially since skincare is one of the more popular and accessible niches for new e-commerce startups.

➡️ PBMWatch.com – 13-year-old site in the pharmacy niche on Odys – Their is an existing website on the domain that’s included. The original domain was previously utilized as an informational hub for pharmacy benefit managers. Our advice is to create a similar site that includes a job board and informational blog. ➡️ 1ClickPetHotels.com – 22-year-old site in pets niche on Odys – A perfect opportunity exists for a programmatic SEO site in the pets niche. The site is already ranking for more than 400 keywords, including some with phrases like ‘pet friendly hotels in XYZ’. The new owner could programmatically create 1000s of such pages. ➡️ WealthyHost.co – 1 year-old B2B newsletter making $154/mo on Flippa – Flippa recently added newsletters as business types to their platform. Currently, there are two newsletters listed, and we’ve selected one in the ‘how to make money with Airbnb renting’ niche, which has 12,000 subscribers and a rather low open rate of 25%. Most of the revenue comes from paid subscriptions, a model we wouldn’t typically recommend. The asking price is in the range of content sites, which seems fair. View on Flippa
➡️ 7-year-old parenting site making $1,946/mo on Flippa – An interesting site for sale earning from digital courses in the parenting niche. The business has been extremely stable, with organic traffic remaining intact from the latest Google updates. There are many opportunities for growth, including upsells, new courses, and other types of monetization. View on Flippa
➡️ 13-year-old eCommerce site making $13,292/mo on Quiet Light – One of the better e-commerce businesses this year is for sale at Quiet Light. It is a niche leader in the broader DJing niche. The business primarily earns from direct sales. The shop itself is an authority in the niche. In fact, according to Ahrefs, the site is currently at its traffic peak, so this is not a struggling business. Most of the inventory is with a third-party logistics provider (3PL), so migration shouldn’t be a huge hassle. This one is likely to be sold soon! View on Quiet Light

- ItalianMade.com: Started in 2008, this was an information site on authentic Italian products by the Italian Trade Agency. The domain has a DR of 44 and is ranking for 101 keywords in the top 100 positions. Backlinks from Wikipedia, TheGuardian and Independent.
- Ozee.com: Was the streaming app for the Indian TV channel Zee. Started in 2016, the domain has a DR of 37 and ranks for 27 KWs. Backlinks from Bandcamp, Wikipedia and BuzzFeed.
- HandsomeCoffee.com: Started in 2011, this was the site for an LA coffee roaster. It has a DR of 40 and is ranking for 4 KWs with backlinks from NYTimes, HuffPost and LATimes.
